Job Description Field Selection for Autobuild and Automatch

What's New?

Administrators can now control which job description field (internal or public) is used when building Autobuild and Automatch candidate searches. If the selected field is blank on a job record, the system automatically falls back to the other field to ensure searches are still generated.

Why Does it Matter?

Previously, Autobuild and Automatch always defaulted to the public description field. This update gives administrators the flexibility to use whichever field best reflects their organization's workflow, helping generate more relevant candidate searches.

How Do I Enable This?

This update is automatically available for all Search & Match customers. To configure it, go to Search Admin and open the Autobuild & Automatch Administration tab to select your preferred job description field.
